Premium Subscriptions and Refunds

Vidooze offers premium subscriptions. If you wish to terminate your subscription, you can do so through the app interface or by emailing our support team. Users can request a refund within the first 30 days of use, and we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused days.

By signing up for the Service, you consent to receive personalized emails based on your summary history. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in the email.

Vidooze shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Delaware for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Miscellaneous

The relationship between the parties is that of independent contractors. The waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Vidooze's right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. You may not assign your rights and obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Vidooze.
